The Gala Charity Concert at the Cliffs Pavilion on 7th October 2007
 
played to a full house and was much appreciated by all in attendance.
 
As a result of the concert £13,000 was raised for the joint beneficaries
 
RNLI Southend Branch and Essex Air Ambulance each of which has received
 
£6500.
