At the presentation ‘Moving On’, given some months ago, various committees were to be formed.
We are one such committee and we call ourselves the Patrons’ Group.
Our remit is to come up with ways to increase the number of Patrons of the choir.
At present you would know them as ‘Friends’ of the LOMVC, but we will now use the name ‘Patrons’.
We intend to start by using our existing mailing list to try to elicit patrons from that.
We are also saying to all you members of the choir, “become a Patron”
We are further saying to all you members of the choir, “talk to your families, friends, work colleagues, the people who come to our concerts – become a Patron”
We have put together a Q & A Sheet which by now will have been posted on our website in lieu of the old ‘Friends’ web page.
Please have a look at it and hopefully it will help you to present the case to all would-be Patrons with whom you come in contact.
The Patrons’ group comprises:

Furthermore we sit beside you each week.
